Managing Director: Read Hedditch

Experience: Read started as a trainee service engineer in the early 80’s with Medical Applications (a joint venture Philips/Siemens company), working on a range of products from medical electronics to x-ray, CT & MRI equipment. Moving to Agfa in the late 80’s, Read spent 13 years working with wet chemistry systems initially and progressing to digital imaging solutions. In 2001 Read bought together his wealth of experience in the medical field and his product and service experience in digital imaging and formed ARO Systems a company that provides exceptional service in implementing digital imaging solutions for the Medical and Veterinary Industry. Today ARO System employees 7 staff and it is a  it is a growing and flourishing business.

Other interests: In his spare time Read enjoys camping, 4WDing and volunteering in the SES.


Office Manager: Jill Hedditch

Experience: Jill has spent the first ten years of her working life involved in the Healthcare Industry, in the areas of Nursing, Audiometry and Breast screening.

 This later crossed over into Medical Administration where she worked for a number of General Practitioners until finally help in setting up the BreastScreen NSW office in Albury where she worked as and Data Input Clerk and shared the role of Office Supervisor before taking time off to start a family.

In 1998, Jill took on the role of Finance and Human Relations Officer for ARO Systems and is still today assisting in running this unique business, often acting as 2IC in the absence of her jet-setting Managing Director/husband.

Other interests: Jill’s interests outside the business include keeping my family of 2 young boys happy & healthy by way of cooking good quality, comfort foods, feeling that sense of achievement after a hard day in the garden, sharing in a laugh with good friends, going to the movies and the odd hit of tennis. (Challenges= getting the work/life balance right). Jill also enjoys having a number of roles within the school community including being a School Councillor.


Technical Engineer: Marc Desnousse

Experience: Marc started as a Meteorological Assistant working his way up to the Principal Technical Officer for the Meteorological Services in the Seychelles, installing, repairing and servicing Radars & Satellite tracking equipment. He then moved onto become the Principal Technical Officer for the airports Electrical Maintenance Centre at the Seychelles International Airport, maintaining and servicing X-Ray screening machines, security equipment & monitoring systems, PA Systems & airfield lighting.

 Marc has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering & a Diploma in Electronics & Communications from the UK.

Marc came out to Australia in 2002 Where he worked in Melbourne before he & his wife moved to Albury/Wodonga to be near his only daughter.

Marc has been working with ARO System since Sept 2007 as a Technical Engineer, installing, repairing and servicing everything from wet processors to and Digital Imaging equipment and computer & telecommunication systems.

He has over 25 years’ experience in the electronics field.

Other interests:In his spare time Marc enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, travelling and fishing.


Mark Murray
Applications Specialist

Experience: Mark is a trained Radiographer with over 25 years field experience in the private and public sector. He previous worked for CDN as their National  Applications Specialist before taking on his current position of PACS Administrator/Technical Officer in the Veterinary Clinical Centre, Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga. Mark started working with ARO Systems on a casual basis as an Applications Specialist in Nov 2010, providing industry knowledge to customers at Conferences and Information/Training sessions.

Marks interests include spending time with his young family & poker & motorbike racing….
