Warranty is your assurance and peace of mind for what you trust is covered when you purchase. Having clarity in what is on offer will give the ability to make a valued decision with no surprises.
We have several different warranties based on what vendors will provide us and what you, as a customer, select.

ARO Systems Warranty
Where we provide an integrated package from more than one vendor, we will provide a warranty certificate with the system's appropriate coverage for each element. These warranties are on a case-by-case basis.
For more detail, please ask about our trading terms and conditions (not the website terms & conditions). Anything stated on this page does not negate any statutory rights you may have under any relevant Commonwealth or State legislation in Australia.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel your service contract with us; and
- to a refund for the unused portion or compensation for its reduced value.
You are entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods, cancel the service contract, and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
ARO Systems Product Warranty - Software Refresh
Where software products have been supplied and have patches and updates covered for some time, it is a type of warranty that gives you peace of mind about security updates and patches, upgrades and being kept current.
This does not include labour unless you have a Service Level Agreement. Most software refresh packages have options to make them more than the standard 12 months; just ask if you want a longer period.

Burlington/Bar-Ray
Burlington and Bar-Ray Radiation Protection Garments
As of 1 February 2023, all Burlington products offers a 5 year warranty on all aprons. All Bar-Ray products ordered before this date have a 2 year warranty. Burlington/Bar-Ray warrants against defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover any labour or freight charges.
The warranty does not cover damage as a result of normal wear, abuse, abrasion, or failure to follow care and use instructions. Burlington/Bar-Ray hereby disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied. Modifications to garments made by the facility or wearer voids all warranties.
Protective Eyewear
Bar-Ray only provides Protective Eyewear compliant with AUST standard #21987 Protective & Safety Glasses. Eyewear is guaranteed to be delivered in working condition however warranty does not cover eyewear against breakage due to misuse or mishandling.
BMV Technology Co
BMV warrants that its products, when delivered in new condition, in original packaging, sold directly or through a BMV authorized partner and used in normal conditions, is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship. User misuse or damge is not covered.
The warranty shall apply only to the extent that the products or any parts thereof have been installed and serviced by skilled personnel certified by BMV. The Warranty shall only apply if the mandatory preventive maintenance actions as described in the technical documentation have been executed. Warranty starts on the shipment date of products. If BMV is responsible for onsite
acceptance (OSAT), warranty starts upon sign off of OSAT or when product is taken into use, whatever starts first. The warranty period and warranty entitlements are stated in the warranty rider below.
For software, repairs and purchased spare parts 3 months warranty apply, unless specified otherwise in the warranty rider below. Any third party product or any part thereof which BMV merely resells with its products or services is subject to the original manufacturer's warranty unless specified otherwise in the warranty rider.

Ecotron
Portable X-Ray Generators
- 2 years parts only, 12 months on Tube, 12 months on batteries, 12 months on Tablets (Smart control portbale x-ray generators), return to base
Fixed X-Ray Generators and Tables
- 2 Years of parts and labour travel are not covered unless included in a service agreement (this is optional, ask us more)
EcoRay
Portable X-Ray Generators
- 2 years parts only, return to base
Fixed X-Ray Generators and Tables
- 2 Years parts and labour travel are not covered unless included in a service agreement
Inovadent™
Inovadent™ warrants pneumatic components against defects in materials for 3 years unless specified differently. Electronic components are subject to a 1-year cover. Labour is not covered under warranty.
- The manufacturers cover JUN-AIR® Air Compressor for 2 years for parts. The manufacturers also cover the air tank for 5 years for parts.
- High-Speed Handpiece is covered for 1 year.
- A high-speed turbine is covered for 6 months.
- Low-Speed Handpiece is covered for 1 year.
- Piezoelectric Handpiece is covered for 2 years.
- The warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to improper use, neglect, accident or use that is in violation of the instructions described in the instruction manual. Merchandise returned as defective will not be replaced until it has been determined to be defective by Inovadent™. Please allow up to 3 - 4 weeks for this process. Products that have been repaired by someone other than an Inovadent™ technician or products are taken apart by the customer are no longer covered under this warranty unless instructed by an Inovadent technician.
- The customer is responsible for shipping warranty items back to ARO Systems and Inovadent™ for evaluation. Any items found to be faulty will be replaced by Inovadent™, including shipping back to the customer.
- The warranty is conditional on the proper use and maintenance of the unit.
- Warranty is limited to repair or replacement at the manufacturer’s discretion.
- Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be held responsible for incremental or consequential damages.

Konica
Digital Radiography Flat Panel Detectors
Konica detectors parts are covered for 1 year. There is an optional 1-year extension available at the time of purchase, making the full period 2 years.
This does not cover any labour or freight charges unless you have a specific service agreement for this.
Podoblock
Podoblock has a 12 Months warranty from the date of delivery on all our products that are found to be defective in materials and workmanship when it is correctly used. Podoblock warrants his products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of delivery by the original end-user purchaser.
Sentier™
Vetcorder and Vetcorder Airmate
- Main Unit: 12 months warranty
- Sensors, accessories, clips and cables: 6 months
Note: User damage or misuse of the main unit, sensors, accessories, clips, and cables is not covered.
Demo system: 90 days
RadmediX

X-Rite
Calibrators
Twelve (12) months from the date of the sale unless different local regulations apply. Product registration is required to receive X-Rite technical support during the warranty period. Registration can occur through the software, on our website, or via phone. Users are encouraged to register their product within 30 days of use.
