Podoblock DR-Cowboybox Package
The optimal combined package of DR Products to make all X-rays needed, both safely and in a standardized fashion. This is what you need, for either mobile or stationary use in your clinic.
The package deal includes:
- Podoblock (120mm) including 1 Topblock
- DR-Cowboybox (which has the DR-Podo-Protectionbox, Distance Holder Stick, Greppstr 2.1 Handle and 300mm Monoleg
- DR-Combibox LM / AP
- DR-Combibox Dummy LM
Podoblock
In combination with our Podoholder, Podo-Protectionbox or Cowboybox this unique system guarantees maximum radiation distance and no fingers on the X-rays. The Podoblock is the ultimate immobilizer for the horse’s foot resulting in high quality X-rays. Your purchase includes 1 Topblock where you can choose between 45°, 50°, 55° or 60°. The cassette holder can be placed in the slots of the Podoblock in definite LM / AP / 45° positions. Use of the Podoblock always guarantees the same angle in every position and minimizes the radiation in a maximum way because of the "hands-free" system.

DR-Cowboybox
Podoblock’s DR-Cowboybox x-ray disc protective case is an upgraded version of the DR-Podo-Protectionbox and the DR-Protectionbox. It is specially designed for optional remote and mobile use in the Equine x-raying field. On the backside of the DR-Cowboybox, there is a ‘slide & lock’ adapter system which secures to the included Distance stick and (short) Support Foot (300mm Monoleg).
DR-Combibox LM / AP
The side of the DR-Combibox has the same features as the original DR-Skylinebox. Because of the particular angle, the horse stands comfortably, and there is more space for the X-ray generator. When turned over the tunnel has extra features to facilitate LM and AP flat views of the foot. The special adapters on the DR-Combibox LM/AP allow you to take ‘hands-free’ X-rays in combination with our DR-Podo-Protectionbox or DR-Cowboybox. There is the possibility to update your DR-Combibox LM/AP with an optional LM Dummy block to get both feet on the same height level. For this option, please go to our DR-Combibox Set.
DR-Combibox Dummy
The DR-Combibox Dummy LM lifts the equine foot to a higher level. The special adapter on the Dummy block allows you to take "hands-free" X-rays in combination with our DR Podo-Protectionbox or DR-Cowboybox. For optimal results use it in combination with the Podoblock DR-Combibox LM/AP. For this option please go to our DR-Combibox Set.
Add the optional 60 degree Upright Pedal Topblock and the Lift block to do the Flexed DP view and you have a full kit for positioning all views. See the related products below.
